As a military spouse with years of experience supporting military families, I understand the unique health challenges we face and how to tailor coaching to fit into the military lifestyle.
We are dedicated to supporting military families’ health and wellness, considering factors such as long work hours, solo parenting, frequent relocations, and endless other demands. I know what it feels like to hold everything together while your own health quietly slips to the bottom of the list.
That’s why Rooted Resilience Health Coaching is designed to be flexible, practical, and grounded in real life. We provide both in-person and virtual coaching, enabling clients to maintain continuity with a personal health coach, even when relocated or navigating another major transition.
My role is to walk alongside you — offering structure, encouragement, and honest feedback — so you can create sustainable habits that support your body, your family, and your next season of life.
